There's a link in my bio if you want a free version. Go down to link building tool and then type in your website and hit enter and then click on prospects. This is going to give you a list of every single blog or news site that is talking about your category. Find the article that looks good, scroll to the right and you can see how you want to approach them.
My secret hack is to click on the article, read the article and then scroll down to the bottom to see if there's a comment section. If there is, add a valuable comment on the article and don't forget to include your website. That is going to give you a quality backlink for free. You can even track your progress on SEMrush.
